For large packages, the volumetric weight is measured, which is calculated as follows:

TRANSPORTATION
Our products are shipped throughout Greece in collaboration with shipping agencies on business days.
All orders shipped with a shipping company are received by the customer himself, from the agency in his area. Otherwise, if the customer wishes delivery to his door, this is done exclusively after consultation with the agency.
For orders up to 50€, the shipping cost is 3€+VAT for deliveries within the urban area of Thessaloniki. Regarding orders in the province, islands and outside the urban area of Thessaloniki, the customer is charged the shipping cost of the agency that will send them to the address in his area, which cost has to do with the respective shipping company (each has its own price) and which will be paid to the agency upon delivery of the order.
In case the destination is a remote- inaccessible area or our truck is unable to make deliveries, then the order will be picked up by the nearest cooperating transport agency.
Deliveries from our company to selected-partnering transport agencies are carried out daily without additional shipping charges.

The shipping cost outside Thessaloniki and/or for heavy or bulky goods is not fixed, it varies depending on the weight and volume of the products.
Transport company exemptions
Our products are shipped throughout Greece in collaboration with transport agencies (transport companies), regarding orders outside Thessaloniki or heavy or bulky items.
You pay the transport costs (from the Thessaloniki agency to the delivery address) to the transport company upon receipt of your order.
In case you choose a transport company, the available payment methods are either deposit into our company's bank account, or payment via credit/debit card.
Cash on delivery is not accepted through transport companies.
The products are delivered to the entrance of the apartment building within Thessaloniki, otherwise there is an additional charge. (After consultation with the store)
PICK UP FROM THE STORE
There is no charge for pickup from the store, pickup is during opening hours (7:45 to 4:00 Monday to Friday) and Saturdays by arrangement.
